Serving Central Florida Since 1994
DiCesare, Davidson & Barker is a law firm that takes pride in helping injured people get the benefits they need. Whether a case involves a temporary work injury and workers' comp benefits or a permanent injury and Social Security disability (SSDI) benefits, our attorneys are prepared to overcome any challenge to get a positive outcome.
Local Cases Require Local Lawyers
Do you think that you have to travel to Orlando or Tampa to get strong representation in a Central Florida workers' comp or SSDI case? Think again. Our experienced attorneys are based in offices located in Lakeland and Haines City.
Enlisting a local lawyer is important for a variety of reasons. Of course, it saves you the trouble of having to travel. But even more important is the fact that, as local lawyers, we are familiar with the local officials who are involved in these types of cases, because we work with them on a daily basis.
We know our community and have strong ties to it. All of the members of our team grew up here, went to high school here and have been practicing law here from the start. We are local lawyers handling cases for local clients.
Workers' Comp and SSDI Cases Require Experienced Lawyers
Each of the partners at our firm possesses at least 20 years of experience. Pat T. DiCesare began his career in 1986, as did Taylor Davidson. Harold E. Barker started in 1985.
We have more than just experience on our side. We have attorneys at our firm who are Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Board Certified in Workers' Compensation. This is a very rare feature. Out of the 85,000 attorneys in the state, many of them have experience. A small handful have a single Board Certification. Much fewer can offer a Board Certification in both Civil Trial and Workers' Compensation.
Another factor that sets us apart is our commitment to personal attention in every case. Our lawyers get to know our clients. The lawyer you see at the start of your case will see you through to the very end.
